Water solution appear reddish brown, color will be lighter under acid environment, color will be darker under alkaline environment. Heat and light resistant is stable. Bright color, good color adhesive power. If you add the few sodium pyrophosphate, it can inhibit the influence by metal ion.Sorghum red pigment is not high temperature resistant offered by other ordinary manufactures.
