Uridine and choline cross the blood-brain barrier,become incorporated into brain membrane phospholipids and increase the
production of neurotransmitters in the central nervous system, including the synthesis of acetylcholine, noradrenaline. In the brain, Citicoline(CDP Choline) stabilizes the cell membranes and inhibits the formation of cytotoxic free fatty acids.
